1. Processing Time


All orders are processed within 1 business day(typically 1-3 business days). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Shipping Method Estimated Delivery Time Cost

Standard Shipping 5-7 business days [$9 or Free]

Expedited Shipping 2-3 business days [$15]

Overnight Shipping 1-2 business days [$40]


Overnight delivery is only available for orders placed before [1pm] and subject to availability.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, carrier delays).


3. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses


Greg’s Lair ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. However, some expedited services may not be available for P.O. Boxes or military addresses.


4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking


Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 3 hours.


5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)


Greg’s Laid is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


6. Damages


Greg’s Lair is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.


Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages


If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:


Check with neighbors or family members.

Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for more information.

We currently do ship outside the United States.
